3Cloud began by building an Azure Data Platform and Foundation (Landing Zone), along with converting 200 SSRS reports to paginated. Next was the migration of their on-premises data center, as well as migrating their ERP system and 30 different databases. After the migration, 3Cloud was called in to help with the critical need to get all the company’s reports reconnected. Beyond the emergency, Malin and 3Cloud realized the need to shift their entire on-prem data estate to SQL Managed Instance. We also created an OLAP data mart from the client’s OLTP system. In addition, the 3Cloud team created 30+ high-touch Power BI reports and developed a dashboard that provides more insight into management of operations.
