Wellbeing and Virtual Options
Through Guardian and Uprise Health, 3Cloud team members and their families have access to a robust EAP and Mental Health program for support and anytime access when you need it most. The EAP combines online courses, coaching, short-term counseling and work-life services.
Access virtual medical visits and support via MD Live within minutes. The benefit gives you access to 24/7 non-emergency care by phone, online video, or mobile app from almost anywhere. This is a great alternative for treatment of common health conditions including allergies, cold/flu, fever, and nausea.
By being a BCBS member, team members can save money on health and wellness products and services from top retailers through Blue365. Deals include discounts on weight loss food programs, FitBits, athletic shoes, vitamins and supplements, and more!
Open Enrollment Contacts
3Cloud has many resources to support all your benefits needs during open enrollment and beyond. A key resource is the Employee Care Center (ECC), provided by BKS Partners, a dedicated team of individuals that is here to assist you with your benefits-related questions.
The ECC is focused on bringing clarity to the open enrollment and claims processes, along with providing education on how to use your benefits to maximize efficiency and cost savings. Available during open enrollment and throughout the year, hours of operation are Monday-Friday, 8 a.m.-5 p.m. EST.
