Karen Crone is 3Cloud’s Chief People Officer. She has over 20 years of experience as a senior HR executive scaling culture and people practices for high-growth and PE-backed companies. Her passion is enabling leaders and managers to create dynamic relationships that unlock productivity and potential. She also loves building and coaching executive leadership teams.
Prior to 3Cloud, Karen was the Chief HR Officer at Paycor, an HCM SaaS company where she charted their growth from 400 to 2,200 employees through their initial public offering. Paycor earned numerous top workplace, training, and recruiting accolades during her tenure.
Karen holds an M.A. from the University of Cincinnati and a B.A. from Miami University.
