Chris is CFO for 3Cloud, responsible for Accounting, Finance, Business Systems and Resource Management. Chris has more than 25 year experience as a CFO/COO.
With deep expertise in business services, IT consulting, and talent-driven organizations, Chris has built and scaled finance teams, modernized reporting infrastructure, and led operational transformations that unlock growth and margin expansion. His core strengths lie in driving enterprise value through rigorous financial discipline, data transparency, and scalable systems that support complex service delivery models. He brings hands-on experience across accounting, FP&A, project profitability, resource planning, and enterprise automation.
Chris’ career includes senior leadership roles at high-growth, private equity-backed professional services and technology firms. At Rightpoint, a digital consultancy, he served as Chief Financial Officer prior to its acquisition by Genpact. Prior to that, at Outcome Health, he played a key role during a critical turnaround of a distressed organization ultimately leading to the merger of the business with its largest competitor. Overall, Chris has held CFO or COO roles at 7 organizations prior to 3Cloud and is proud to have 9 former team members that have risen to become CFO’s of other organzations.
